Preliminary Hearing

Many people often make the mistake of waiting to hire the attorney of their choice until after the preliminary hearing in serious criminal matters. What those individuals do not recognize is that the preliminary hearing is the crucial, first step in establishing evidence and the testimony of civilians and police officers. It is the sworn testimony of these Commonwealth witnesses that will later be used either at a pre-trial motion to suppress evidence, or at trial.

Our office understands the importance of properly interviewing witnesses and preparing for your preliminary hearing to improve the outlook for a successive resolution of your case. Thus, we stress the early investigation of evidence and witnesses so that you know your attorney is prepared to get the most out of your preliminary hearing.
